CERHA HEMPEL announces that Gábor Márky and Bence Rajkai have been promoted to Partner, effective 1 April.
Gábor Márky is a corporate and M&A specialist with extensive experience in domestic and cross-border transactions. Prior to joining CERHA HEMPEL in 2024, he served as Partner at another prominent international law firm in Budapest.
He has extensive experience in international corporate M&A transactions, having participated in several international corporate deals, as well as with corporate law, energy law, emerging technologies and regulatory compliance. During his career, he advised clients from the automotive, FMCG, aviation, private equity and venture capital sector.
Bence Rajkai has been with the firm since 2014 and has developed a strong reputation in construction law, commercial law, and dispute resolution. He advises on complex construction and automotive projects, with particular expertise in claims management and dispute avoidance strategies. His professional recognition includes being named among the leading Hungarian associates in dispute resolution by The Legal 500 in 2026. In addition to his client work, he is co-editor of Construction Papers and an active speaker at international conferences, including the European Society of Construction Law.
