CHSH Cerha Hempel Spiegelfeld Hlawati has advised Reeder C. J. Ahrenkiel on the acquisition of the remaining 50% stake in IWH from Hochtief Projektentwicklung GmbH, a subsidiary of Hochtief Aktiengesellschaft which is listed in Germany.
