On Feburary 11 2026, the empolyment law them had the pleasure of hosting an legal perspectives event on the EU Pay Transparency Directive at the CERHA HEMPEL Bel Etage.
Following the opening remarks by partner Christopher Peitsch, senior counsel Susanne Molitoris and associate Nina Neumaier provided a concise and practical overview of the legal framework and the key compliance obligations for companies arising from the Directive. The key message was that even without knowledge of the Austrian implementation law, preparatory measures such as creating job profiles and comparison groups are already strongly recommended.

On Tuesday, 17 June 2025, CERHA HEMPEL hosted another edition of the Legal Perspectives series at its Bel Etage.
