The Administrative Court has confirmed the ruling of the Federal Administrative Court which rejected a decision relating to an environmental impact assessment for the 220 kV overhead line between Weidenburg and Somplago. The Environmental Ombudsmen for Carinthia engaged the services of CHSH to represent it before the Administrative Court and was thus able to put forward all key arguments.
