CHSH advised Infineon and GE Ventures on strategic investment in TTTech Computertechnik AG

CHSH Partner Dr. Harald Stingl, LL.M. (39) advised global corporate and high-tech players Infineon Technologies AG and GE Ventures (a unit of General Electric) in entering a strategic partnership with, and becoming new equity stakeholders in, TTTech Computertechnik AG, the Austrian based technology leader in robust network safety controls, as part of a EUR 50m capital increase.

(39), partner at law firm CHSH Cerha Hempel Spiegelfeld Hlawati, advised global corporate and high-tech players Infineon Technologies AG and GE Ventures (a unit of General Electric) in entering a strategic partnership with, and becoming new equity stakeholders in, TTTech Computertechnik AG, the Austrian based technology leader in robust network safety controls, as part of a EUR 50m capital increase. The deal completed in March 2015. The capital increase represents one of the most significant private investment rounds in Austria’s high-tech landscape.
