On 25 March 2021 CERHA HEMPEL Managing Partner Dr. Clemens Hasenauer LL.M./MBA gave a lecture on the topic "Update: insider law, ad-hoc disclosure and Directors Dealings" at the conference "Capital Market Law 2021".

The four-part, free series of workshops for founders and start-ups, which could not be held in 2020 because of the pandemic, started in 2021.

CERHA HEMPEL partner Dr. Hans Kristoferitsch gave a virtual lecture on the topic "Privacy by Design, Privacy by Default und vertragliche Umsetzungsmöglichkeiten" at the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences in Vienna (BOKU).

CERHA HEMPEL partner Mag. Lorenz Pracht discussed the topic "How to know your shareholders (SRDII)" at the CIRA conference on 19 November 2020.

On 20 November 2020 CERHA HEMPEL Managing Partner Dr. Clemens Hasenauer LL.M./MBA gave a lecture on the topic "Neue Entwicklungen in der Kapitalmarkt Compliance" at the conference „Compliance now!" in Rust.

CERHA HEMPEL Partner Mag. Dr. Stefan Huber, LL.M. opened the second conference day at the 9th Annual Forum on EU State Aid Law.

CERHA HEMPEL Partner Dr. Peter Vcelouch gave a lecture on the topic "Örtliche Bauaufsicht" together with Arch. DI Berndt Simlinger at the zt akademie.

On 15 October 2020 Dr. Clemens Hasenauer, LL.M./MBA and Univ. Prof. MMag. Dr. Sabine Kirchmayr (University of Vienna) gave a joint lecture on the "Takeover battle in the crisis" as part of the opening session of the 24th Annual Forum for Law and Tax (RuSt 2020). To conclude the RuSt 2020, Dr. Hasenauer moderated a panel discussion on "Back to normal? Lessons from the Covid-19 crisis" on 16 October 2020.

On 13 October 2020, CERHA HEMPEL Partner Dr. Hans Kristoferitsch, LL.M. gave a lecture on "Online Advertising: The Distribution of Roles under Data Protection Law in relation to Programmatic Buying (Publishers, Advertisers, Agencies and Platforms)" at the imh Special Day on Data Protection.
