The 25th Annual Forum for Law and Tax (RuSt 2021) organised by Business Circle was held in Rust on 14 and 15 October 2021. Managing Partner Dr. Clemens Hasenauer, LL.M./MBA and Univ. Prof. MMag. Dr. Sabine Kirchmayr (University of Vienna) gave a joint lecture on the "Cross-border reorganization and participation exit" as part of the opening session of the 25th Annual Forum for Law and Tax. To conclude the RuSt 2021, Dr. Hasenauer moderated a panel discussion and closing session.
