CERHA HEMPEL advises the German RWTÜV Group on its acquisition of shares in Austrian company isn – innovation service network
By becoming a strategic investor in isn – innovation network service GmbH, the German company RWTÜV GmbH has successfully continued to invest in innovation-oriented start-ups and companies.
Founded in 1872, the RWTÜV Group is a group of renowned technology service providers with business units specialising in Insurance Services, Telecommunications, and Energy & Environment. In addition to being a shareholder in TÜV Nord AG, RWTÜV stands for safety and progress and is also regarded as a driver of innovation in cooperation with science and research. The group's companies are present in over 30 countries in Europe, Asia, America and Australia, with over 2,000 employees.
isn – innovation service network GmbH has been a pioneer and trendsetter in innovation management since 2001. At isn, the digitization of innovation management began as far back as 2005. Today, isn's technical innovation platform is one of the most effective innovation tools for involving all of a company's employees in future projects. In addition to established innovation training programs in Austria, isn is involved in DEC Education Services AG in Switzerland together with renowned international universities. This means that isn is constantly working on new technologies and trends for the benefit of its customers.
RWTÜV is creating future-oriented value with strategic investments in innovation-oriented start-ups and companies. With this in mind, the group is entering into a partnership with isn – innovation service network.
