In their article (GesRZ 5/2014) Univ.-Prof. Dr. Susanne Kalss and Dr. Clemens Hasenauer outline the latest decisions of the Administrative Court on the topic of ad hoc publicity in the case of a protracted process. Furthermore the two authors examine the new legal situation at European level, in particular the European Market Abuse Directive, which has been published in the Official Journal of the EU on 12.6.2014.
