CERHA HEMPEL expands the Corporate Transactions Team of Managing Partner Dr. Clemens Hasenauer, LL.M./MBA. with the addition of attorney Mag. Tobias Tangl (32)
Attorney Mag. Tobias Tangl joined the Corporate Transactions Team headed by Dr. Clemens Hasenauer, LL.M/ MBA with effect from 1 April 2023.
Mag. Tobias Tangl studied law at the University of Vienna (Mag. iur. 2015).
His practice areas at CERHA HEMPEL include, in particular, mergers and acquisitions, company law, private equity and venture capital.
Prior to joining CERHA HEMPEL, Mag. Tobias Tangl was an attorney at a law firm in Vienna that specialises in venture capital transactions and in providing advice to start-ups.
In addition to practising law, Tobias Tangl also teaches various seminars and gives guest lectures at the University of Applied Sciences in Wiener Neustadt.
