This year’s update includes a new chapter on Austrian deposit guarantee and investor compensation schemes, as well as information on the FMA’s Regulation that is (still) aiming to limit systemic risks derived from real estate financings, MREL quota requirements for LSIs with simplified or full resolution plans, MiCAR, DORA, CRR3 and CRD6, new directly applicable EU law on licensing applications, the notions of key function holders and material risk takers, and upcoming EU legislation, such as the CMDI package, MLD5 and MLR, further PSD3 and PSR1.
