After an opening speech by Dr. Theodor Thanner (Director-General of the FCA), Mag. Philipp Abbrederis (Head of Legal and Purchasing at BRZ GmbH) gave a talk on the subject of "Compliance and Antitrust Law" at the Management Center Innsbruck (MCI). Afterwards, the Head of the CHSH Antitrust Practice Group, Dr. Bernhard Kofler-Senoner, LL.M., took part in a panel discussion alongside Dr. Anastasios Xeniadis LL.M. (Head of Litigation and Proceedings at the FCA) and Mag. Barbara Seelos (Case Handler at the FCA) before the many guests from interested companies who attended.
By holding the Competition Talks, the FCA wishes to create a platform where companies, law firms, judges and authorities can exchange ideas and views on issues relating to competition and antitrust law.
