New counsel at CHSH

CHSH Cerha Hempel Spiegelfeld Hlawati has appointed two Senior Counsel and three Counsel with effect from 1 October 2017. The partners' meeting appointed Dr. Michaela Siegwart and Mag. Susanne Molitoris, LL.M. as Senior Counsel. Dr. Sarah Wared, LL.M, Mag. Matthias Nödl and MMag. Dr. Michael Mayer are appointed as Counsel.

CHSH Cerha Hempel Spiegelfeld Hlawati has appointed two Senior Counsel and three Counsel with effect from 1 October 2017.  The partners' meeting appointed Dr. Michaela Siegwart and Mag. Susanne Molitoris, LL.M. as Senior Counsel. Dr. Sarah Wared, LL.M, Mag. Matthias Nödl and MMag. Dr. Michael Mayer are appointed as Counsel.

Senior Counsel and Counsel make a significant contribution to the sustainable development of CHSH. They not only have many years' experience both at home and abroad, they also distinguish themselves through the excellent quality of the advice they provide to their clients. Senior Counsel have been attorneys with the firm for at least 10 years.

Dr. Michaela Siegwart and Mag. Susanne Molitoris LL.M. as Senior Counsel

Dr. Michaela Siegwart (41) has been representing national and international clients in commercial litigation for many years. She specialises in public procurement, insurance and construction contract law.

Mag. Susanne Molitoris, LL. M. (41) has wide-ranging experience of advising and representing clients on issues relating to employment law and international arbitration. She is a graduate of the University of Vienna and the London School of Economics.

Dr. Sarah Wared, LL.M., Mag. Matthias Nödl, and MMag. Dr. Michael Mayer as Counsel

Dr. Sarah Wared, LL.M. (35) has many years' experience, both in Austria and abroad, in the fields of M&A and corporate law, private equity, venture capital, corporate restructuring and the law on private foundations. She is also admitted to practice law in Germany.

Mag. Matthias Nödl (40) has been active in the areas of construction, architecture and real estate law for many years, especially in connection with real estate transactions, building projects and construction disputes. Mag. Nödl regularly publishes articles in specialist media and is the editor of the magazine RechtamBau.at.

MMag. Dr. Michael Mayer (35), a recognised expert in the field of anti-trust law, specialises in merger control, anti-trust proceedings and compliance. He represents clients both in Austria and before the European Commission or the Court of Justice of the European Union. He is the author of numerous publications.
