CERHA HEMPEL appoints two new Counsel with effect from 1 February 2025: Mag. Wolfgang Schreiner and Mag. Katharina Wilding, B.A.
Counsel make a significant contribution to the sustainable development of CERHA HEMPEL. They not only have many years' experience both at home and abroad, they also distinguish themselves through the excellent quality of the advice they provide to their clients.
Mag. Wolfgang Schreiner (37) becomes Counsel
Wolfgang Schreiner has been with CERHA HEMPEL for many years, during which time he has advised national and international clients from a wide range of economic sectors on corporate and commercial law, real estate and construction law (focusing on hospitality and real estate annuities), distribution law (focusing on commercial agency law and franchising), IP and unfair competition law, and litigation and arbitration. Mr. Schreiner also assists clients with commercial mediation and he also acts as a mediator himself. He studied law at the University of Vienna (Mag. iur. 2014).
Mag. Katharina Wilding, B.A. (35) becomes Counsel
Katharina Wilding has been with CERHA HEMPEL for many years and primarily advises clients in the healthcare sector. Her areas of expertise include transactions in the life sciences industry, the establishment of hospitals, corporate law for healthcare professionals and issues relating to the financing of hospitals. She studied law at the University of Vienna (Mag. iur. 2014).
