Attorney Mag. Christopher Peitsch has strengthened the employment law team headed by Mag. Julian Feichtinger since January 2017.
Mag. Peitsch studied law at the University of Vienna (Mag. iur. 2011) and subsequently spent his entire time as a trainee lawyer working at CHSH. In May 2015 he passed the bar exam with distinction. During his time at CHSH he has co-authored numerous publications.
He has significant experience gained over many years of providing advice to both national and international clients. In addition to representing employers in court and before administrative authorities, his practice areas at CHSH include in particular advising clients on the law governing working time and in connection with corporate transactions. Furthermore, he is actively involved with the Employment Law Alliance, which operates worldwide.
