Attorney Mag. Alexandra Kutschera, LL.M. joins the Contentious Business team led by Senior Partner Hon.-Prof. Dr. Irene Welser as of 1 September 2026.
She obtained her law degree from the University of Vienna in 2020 (and was among the top 5% of graduates) and graduated as a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of California, Berkeley, in 2022. Mag. Kutschera has also been admitted to practice law in New York since 2024. Her practice areas at CERHA HEMPEL include arbitration and litigation.
