After passing both the Liechtenstein and Austrian bar exams, Dr. Michael-Felix Schwarz began working as an attorney in the Corporate & Commercial Department of CERHA HEMPEL in April 2025. Dr. Schwarz previously spent several years as a university assistant (prae-doc) at the University of Vienna's Institute for Civil Law, and also previously worked at one of the most prestigious law firms in Liechtenstein. In that role, he advised numerous international clients, primarily in the areas of corporate law and private clients. Working alongside corporate partners Mag. Heinrich Foglar-Deinhardstein and Dr. Thomas Trettnak, his main practice areas at CERHA HEMPEL include corporate law and the law governing foundations, M&A and family businesses.
