Dr. Martin Eichinger's practice areas include mergers and acquisitions, company law, private foundations, and private equity and venture capital. Prior to joining CERHA HEMPEL in 2020, he worked at two other commercial law firms and completed his doctorate at the University of Vienna in 2021 with a thesis entitled "Fremdfinanzierter Beteiligungserwerb im Konzern" (The debt-financed acquisition of shareholdings in groups). Dr. Martin Eichinger has been advising national and international clients on complex commercial law matters, cross-border transactions and the establishment and structuring of joint ventures for many years.
