The number of partners at CERHA HEMPEL increases from 1 August 2023:
Dr. Alexander Reich-Rohrwig becomes a partner in the Corporate Transactions team.
As one of Austria's largest and most renowned corporate law firms with offices in Central and Eastern Europe, CERHA HEMPEL continues its expansion by making Dr. Alexander Reich-Rohrwig a partner of the firm.
Alexander Reich-Rohrwig's practice areas include mergers and acquisitions, company law and private equity and venture capital. Prior to joining CERHA HEMPEL in 2017, he lived in China for almost two years and completed his doctorate at the University of Vienna in 2015 with a thesis entitled 'Aufklärungspflichten vor Vertragsabschluss' (Information duties prior to the conclusion of contract). Dr Alexander Reich-Rohrwig has been advising national and international clients on complex commercial law matters, cross-border transactions and the establishment and structuring of joint ventures for many years.
