CHSH Cerha Hempel Spiegelfeld Hlawati has provided comprehensive legal advice to the Knightsbridge Group in connection with the foundation of INALCA EURASIA Holdings GesmbH, a joint venture company which will manage all activities developed by INALCA (Cremonini Group) in Russia. Knightsbridge Group’s investment amounts to EUR 60 million, thereby acquiring 40% of the joint venture company, corresponding to an equity value of over EUR 150 million. Given the specific know-how of the Cremonini Group in the food sector and the strong expertise of the Knightsbridge Group in the Eurasian markets, the new company will develop significant synergies.

The Knightsbridge Group is one of the leading investment and consulting companies in Eastern Europe and the CIS countries, with a particular focus on Russia and Kazakhstan. With global business experience and expertise, the Knightsbridge Group consists of over twenty-five companies operating in a wide range of industries. Knightsbridge has a consistent track record of significant achievements stretching back over more than a decade.

CHSH has acted as Austrian counsel to the Knightsbridge Group for many years now. The team at CHSH was led by Thomas Trettnak (Partner, Corporate/M&A), and also consisted of Stephanie Sauer and Franziska Mensdorff-Pouilly (both Associates, Corporate/M&A).
