CHSH Cerha Hempel Spiegelfeld Hlawati advised OMV on the recent capital increase.
The total volume of the capital increase amounted to EUR 750 million. On 6 June 2011 the capital increase was successfully completed by issuing 27.3 million shares or 9.09% of OMV's existing share capital at a subscription and offer price of the new shares amounting to EUR 27.50. To date, this transaction has been the largest capital increase of an ATX company in this year.
