CERHA HEMPEL Slovenia advised GenePlanet and its main shareholders in connection with Lauxera Capital Partners’ acquisition of an approximately 25% stake in GenePlanet, representing approximately 31% of the voting rights.
The strategic investment will support GenePlanet’s next phase of international growth in advanced diagnostics, personalised healthcare and oncology. As part of the transaction, BlackPeak Capital partially realised its investment while retaining a meaningful shareholding and continuing to support the company.
The transaction was closed on 24 July 2026.
