Dr. Stefan Huber LL.M., partner at CERHA HEMPEL, has co-authored the third edition of the "Standard Commentary" on the Higher Education Quality Assurance Act (HS-QSG), together with Hon.-Prof. Prof. (FH) Mag. Dr. Werner Hauser, FH JOANNEUM, and Mag. Markus Grimberger, Anton Bruckner Private University. The work has been published by Verlag Österreich and offers a comprehensive, up-to-date commentary on the relevant provisions of the Higher Education Quality Assurance Act and an overview of other relevant laws. The Higher Education Quality Assurance Act is the framework law applicable to the accreditation of public and private higher education institutions and private universities.
Through the publication of this book, Stefan Huber underscores CERHA HEMPEL's claim to be a leader in Austria in the field of higher education law, both in terms of practical advice and theoretical treatment. "I'm pleased it's been possible to co-author a commentary with two friends that on the one hand serves as a practical guide for those seeking advice regarding the rather complex regulatory system established by the Higher Education Quality Assurance Act and on the other hand also deals with theoretical issues at a scientific level," says Huber.
