On Wednesday, 4 November 2026, a further inspiring CERHA HEMPEL global perspectives event took place at the CERHA HEMPEL Bel Etage, bringing together experts for engaging discussions on leadership, decision-making and navigating change. The programme featured insightful keynotes: Maria Schaubmayr, former Head of Legal Corporate Projects at Red Bull, explored decision-making in times of growth, change and generational transition. Therese Niss, Managing Director of Mitterbauer Beteiligungs GmbH and Founder and Board Member of the MINTality Foundation, discussed how transitions can create opportunities and why change is essential for achieving impact.
