Czech Competition Authority fines K + B Progres for resale price fixing

The Czech Competition Authority (ÚOHS) has imposed a CZK 9.9 million (approx. EUR 410,000) fine on K + B Progres, one of the country’s major distributors of consumer electronics, for unlawful resale price maintenance (RPM).
