CERHA HEMPEL Rechtsanwälte GmbH has advised NC Management GmbH and NC Growth Fund I GmbH & Co KG in connection with a EUR 12 million series B funding in Pimcore, the Austrian leading enterprise open-source software platform for PIM, MDM, DAM, DXP and E-Commerce. The investment will support the Austrian tech company's global expansion, the commercialisation of the open-source platform and continued development of disruptive data and experience management capabilities for enterprises.
Pimcore is a software vendor for customer experience management, digital asset management, product information management, multi-channel publishing and e-commerce software. The company is based in Salzburg, Austria, with 150 certified partners around the globe.

CERHA HEMPEL has advised Nordwind in all legal matters during the complex VC transaction comprising the acquisition of shares in pimcore held by its founders on the one hand and a capital increase of the share capital of pimcore on the other hand. The parties closed the deal on 24 October 2022.
