COSI Hospitality is a travel and alternative accommodation start-up expanding rapidly throughout Europe. Technology-orientated, COSI builds and operates short-term rental and beautifully designed apartments with an innovative mindset.

COSI hospitality's business concept combines properties in top locations in major European cities with high-quality interior design and digital guest journey that is geared towards the travellers of today, for leisure and business purposes alike. The curated locations present an authentic and contactless travel experience.

As a first step with the support of CERHA HEMPEL, COSI Hospitality has now secured three properties with more than 125 apartments in promising locations throughout Vienna, with more projects in the pipeline. In addition to the focus on real estate law, the advice provided by CERHA HEMPEL also covered the labour, corporate and commercial law aspects of the expansion.
