CERHA HEMPEL has advised CA Immobilien Anlagen AG, a company publicly listed on the stock exchange in Austria, in connection with the sale of the R70 office building in Budapest.
The transaction was structured as a share deal. Closing took place in January 2022.
The R70 office building has around 19,200m² of gross floor space and was awarded the BREEAM sustainability certificate.
For this transaction, CERHA HEMPEL was once again able to draw on the expertise of its excellent CEE network to successfully advise the client on this cross-border transaction.
