CERHA HEMPEL is pleased to announce that we have successfully advised CA Immobilien Anlagen AG (CA Immo) on the sale of Capital Square, a landmark office building in Budapest, to WING. Capital Square offers approximately 34,000 sqm of gross leasable area and around 600 parking spaces.
CERHA HEMPEL advised CA Immo throughout all stages of the transaction, providing comprehensive legal support from structuring and negotiating the transaction documentation through to the successful completion of the sale.
The transaction team comprised partner Wilhelm Stettner and associate Csongor Fillár, with support from Márton Kocsis on competition law matters and Zsanett Szabó on the due diligence process.
