On 20 and 21 April, the CFO Forum, organised by Business Circle, took place. CERHA HEMPEL Managing Partner Dr. Clemens Hasenauer, LL.M., took part at this event.

CERHA HEMPEL Managing Partner Dr. Clemens Hasenauer gave a lecture at the annual conference "Capital Markets Law" on the topic "Update Takeover Law".

On 23 and 24 March 2023, CERHA HEMPEL sponsored the GCM Parker Anti-Trust & Competition Compliance in CEE conference in Prague.

Prof. Dr. Martin Selmayr, Head of the Representation of the European Commission in Austria, gave a lecture as part of our event series "Global Perspectives".

Our experts explained the new regulations and their practical implementation.

CERHA HEMPEL Managing Partner Dr. Clemens Hasenauer LL.M./MBA gave a lecture at the13th Austrian Supervisory Board Day at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration.

The seminar deals comprehensively with construction law as it is needed by the lawyer in practice. Hon.-Prof. Dr. Irene Welser, will lead the seminar.

CERHA HEMPEL Banking & Finance Partner Peter Knobl held two group training sessions for EIP® graduates (investment advisers) at Liechtensteinische Landesbank (Österreich) AG, the first on 17 November 2022 and the second on 6 December 2022, as part of the further education programme of the Austrian Centre for Productivity and Efficiency (ÖPWZ).

On Thursday 24 November the event "Environmental Social Governance – ESG" took place at the CERHA HEMPEL Bel Etage. More information can found here.
