Public Procurement

For many years, we have been advising our clients in all public procurement matters. We support contracting authorities during the procurement process, from the conceptual design of the procurement project to the preparation of tender documents, right up to the awarding of the contract. On the bidder's side, we assist our clients participating in a procedure to help ensure they produce a winning tender. We also advise on the drafting of legislation to guarantee compliance with public procurement rules. And if something does not quite go to plan, we represent our clients in procurement control procedures and in actions for damages relating to public procurement law – with a success rate that is plain to see.
