We support our clients in connection with data protection, telecommunications, IT and e-commerce law. Our practice focusses on providing ongoing advice to national and international companies and to public as well as government institutions on all matters relating to data protection law, including representation before the courts and the Data Protection Agency. What's more, we also have expertise in implementing technical data protection measures (including the requirements of the NIS Directive) and regularly advise our clients on complex IT projects, such as IT outsourcing or agile IT development, and support them in relation to questions of digitisation, IoT, big data and the use of new technologies.
