Summer Internship 2026

What can you expect from us? An insight into professional working life

During the summer internship, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting cases and transactions. On top of this, weekly workshops on specialist subjects with input from our partners, senior associates and associates will enable you to combine theory and practice.

Here is a brief recap of our last summer internship. 

What do we expect from you? Enthusiasm and expert knowledge

• You are a law student (in your third period of study or on a master's programme or doing your doctorate) or you are a graduate of law or commercial law
• You are interested in or have already gained some experience of commercial law

• You possess excellent English skills

Places on the CERHA HEMPEL Summer Internship were awarded following a selection process (assessment centre) in February 2026.
