Due to numerous high-profile merger and antitrust cases and the increasing internationalization of the practice area, CERHA HEMPEL has moved up to Tier 1, further strengthening its position as a top firm specialising in antitrust law.

Practice group leader Dr. Bernhard Kofler-Senoner has once again been recognised by JUVE as a "leading name in antitrust law".

With Dr. Bernhard Kofler-Senoner, Dr. Anna Wolf-Posch, Dr. Michael Mayr, as well as Dr. Hans Kristoferitsch and Dr. Stefan Huber, the firm's Vienna office now has five partners, one senior counsel, two counsel, and a team of associates, enjoying considerable success in the areas of antitrust, competition and state aid law.
