CERHA HEMPEL advises Eyemaxx Real Estate AG on the sale of a residential project in Vienna to Hamburg Trust

CERHA HEMPEL has advised listed company Eyemaxx Real Estate AG on the sale of the Siemensstraße Apartments residential project in the 21st district of Vienna to Hamburg Trust.

CERHA HEMPEL has advised listed company Eyemaxx Real Estate AG on the sale of the Siemensstraße Apartments residential project in the 21st district of Vienna to Hamburg Trust.

The transaction was structured as a classic forward purchase, with Hamburg Trust acquiring all of the shares in the project company under the terms of a share deal. Closing took place as planned in December 2020.

The Siemensstraße Apartments project consists of a total of 102 residential units spread across two four-storey buildings with a living floor space of approximately 5,700m².

CERHA HEMPEL has once again demonstrated its expertise in forward purchase and forward funding transactions in the residential sector, this time on the seller's side.
