CERHA HEMPEL has advised Worthington Industries International S.à r.l. in connection with the sale of its participations in STAKO Sp. z o.o. to the Italian Westport Fuel Systems Italia S.r.l.

CERHA HEMPEL has successfully provided legal advice related to the residential project Eschengarten in 1230 Vienna as author of the contracts and escrow agent. The residential project Eschengarten, which was built by the project partners AREOS Development and ARE Austrian Real Estate, comprises more than 90 flats.

In May 2021, the CEE Real Estate Practice Group of CERHA HEMPEL has issued the second edition of its Guide on Real Estate Laws in Austria and CEE.
