Clemens Hasenauer teaches Mergers & Acquisitions as part of the Master of Business Law (MBL) Corporate Law program at the Vienna University of Economics and Business (Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien) and lectures on contract law and contract drafting as part of the Master of Laws (LL.M.) program at the Danube University Krems. Irene Welser is Honorary Professor of Private Law (Civil and Commercial Law) at the Institute of Economics and Law, Faculty of Economics, University of Vienna.
