Since December 2019, Dr. Bernhard Oreschnik, LL.M. has strengthened the tax practice of CERHA HEMPEL as an attorney in the team headed by Dr. Benjamin Twardosz, LL.M.

Dr. Holger Bielesz strengthens the dispute resolution team at CERHA HEMPEL as a partner from 1 January 2020.

Cerha Hempel has advised the shareholders of ELIN Motoren GmbH, the Austrian electric motor manufacturer, on the sale of a 70% stake in the company to the Voith technology group.
