Since June 2020, Mag. Ralph Summer (30) has strengthened the data protection practice as an attorney in the team of partner Dr. Hans Kristoferitsch, LL.M.
Mag. Ralph Summer studied law at the University of Vienna (Mag. iur. 2014) and has been an associate in the Privacy & IT Team at CERHA HEMPEL since 2017. Prior to joining the firm, he gained experience at a renowned law firm in Vienna where he specialised in contract and general civil law.
His practice areas as an attorney at CERHA HEMPEL include data protection and IT and litigation. He has significant experience of advising national and international clients, primarily in the infrastructure, food, e-commerce and gambling sectors. He is also actively involved in the development of new legal tech solutions as part of CERHA HEMPEL's Legal Tech Center.
