The new Whistleblower Protection Act
On February 1, 2023, the Whistleblower Protection Act was passed in the National Assembly with a one-and-a-half-year delay. Companies with 50 or more employees must now set up reporting systems and protect whistleblowers. Our experts explained the new regulations and their practical implementation.
