On Monday, January 22, 2024, another event of the Legal Perspectives event series took place at CERHA HEMPEL's Bel Etage. This time on the topic „Cash Pooling - miracle tool or liability trap?“ After an introduction by CERHA HEMPEL partner Heinrich Foglar-Deinhardstein, partner Jakob Hartig highlighted corporate law aspects of the topic in his presentation. Partner Benjamin Twardosz focused on cash pooling in tax law and partner Peter Knobl examined the topic from the perspective of the banks. Numerous guests from leading companies attended the event.
