CERHA HEMPEL advises STADLMANN TEC, an Austrian engineering service provider, on its joint venture with the Dutch STAR Group

Austrian STADLMANN TEC and STAR, which is based in the Netherlands, will work together to support their clients in connection with projects designed to facilitate an energy revolution in Austria and Germany, primarily to help them implement sustainable projects in the fields of energy and (industrial) production.

The construction and maintenance of wind farms and solar arrays, sustainable power plants, the expansion of the power grid and the implementation of hydrogen initiatives, among other things, will make an important contribution to achieving these goals. The joint venture will trade as STAR STADLMANN GmbH.

The engineering service provider STADLMANN TEC supports its clients in the automotive, semiconductor and manufacturing industries in particular – from hidden champions to global players. Headquartered in Grambach close to Graz, the company also has a site in Munich.

The Dutch company STAR is active in the energy and industrial sectors and in recent years it has expanded its expertise to cover the life science, offshore and infrastructure sectors. STAR has operations in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Sweden.
