ASTARA MOBILITY acquires Nissan Austria business with legal advice from CERHA HEMPEL

ASTARA MOBILITY group, with legal assistance from CERHA HEMPEL, has acquired and taken over the entire Austrian operation of sales and distribution of Nissan cars, spare parts and accessories from Nissan Center Europe GmbH (Germany) by way of an asset deal.

As an international group with subsidiaries in numerous countries within and outside the EU, ASTARA MOBILITY group can rely on many years of expertise and in-depth experience for the future distribution of Nissan vehicles in Austria and the support of the Austrian dealer network. In 2021, the group sold more than 200,000 cars worldwide and achieved a turnover of approximately EUR 4 billion. The group’s successful business operations will be fostered by the given expansion and its business model oriented towards growth, offering a diversified portfolio of mobility products and services as ownership and subscription, B2B, B2C, and through the new digital channels.
