CERHA HEMPEL advises Raiffeisen Property on the sale of Tatracentrum in Bratislava

The Tatracentrum in Bratislava developed by Raiffeisen Property Holding International (RPHI) was sold to a private foundation on 28 November 2019.

The Tatracentrum in Bratislava developed by Raiffeisen Property Holding International (RPHI) was sold to a private foundation on 28 November 2019. The building is located in the heart of Bratislava and has a gross floor area of around 33,000 sqm. It was completed in 2001 and is now home to the headquarters of Tatrabanka and a shopping mall, which was fully renovated in 2018. This transaction marks the end of a very successful financial year for RPHI.
