As part of the "Breakfast Academy" lecture series, CERHA HEMPEL invites you to attend a monthly lecture on a topic relevant to your work and ongoing legal training, followed by a discussion.

The Austrian State Aid Law Day 2024 (Österreichischer Beihilferechtstag 2024) will take place at the Juridicum on 24 May.

On 23 May, Lukas Wieser will give a lecture on " Commercial Law" as part of the Breakfast Academy.

CERHA HEMPEL Senior Partner Hon.-Prof. Dr. Irene Welser held a lecture on the topic "Is there a certain style of arbitration in German speaking jurisdictions?" at the Prague Arbitration Day.

On 25 and 26 April, the CFO Forum, organised by Business Circle, will take place. Various CFOs will give an insight into their work and future perspectives. CERHA HEMPEL Managing Partner Dr. Clemens Hasenauer, LL.M./MBA, will take part at this renowned conference and give an legal update for CFOs.
