Since April 2020, Filip Ballok, LL.M. has strengthened the real estate transactions team headed by partner Mag. Mark Krenn.
Filip Ballok, LL.M. (30) graduated as a Master of Laws from the Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU Wien) in 2015 and has been with CERHA HEMPEL as an associate in the real estate team since 2017.
His practice areas at CERHA HEMPEL include real estate and tenancy law, in particular real estate transactions and the settlement of property development projects.
He has significant experience gained over many years of providing advice to both national and international clients, with a particular focus on transactions in Slovakia, the Czech Republic and throughout CEE. His multilingualism has also served him well: he speaks fluent English, German, Slovakian and Czech.
