CHSH Cerha Hempel Spiegelfeld Hlawati expands the Corporate Transactions Team of Managing Partner Dr. Clemens Hasenauer, LL.M. with the addition of attorney Mag. Lorenz Pracht, LL.M. (35).
Attorney Mag. Lorenz Pracht, LL.M. joins the CHSH Corporate Transactions Team headed by Dr. Clemens Hasenauer, LL.M. with effect from 1 April 2015. Mag. Pracht, who previously worked at CHSH for many years, now returns to his old firm after occupying the position of In-house Counsel at a listed industrial company for just over two years. His practice areas at CHSH include in particular the areas of mergers and acquisitions, company law, tax law, capital markets law and energy law.
He studied law at the University of Vienna and graduated from the "International Tax Law" master programme at the Vienna University of Economics and Business in 2007.
