CHSH partners Dr. Clemens Hasenauer and Dr. Harald Stingl invited to present their newly launched book „Due Diligence“

CHSH managing partner Dr. Clemens Hasenauer, LL.M. and CHSH partner Dr. Harald Stingl, LL.M. are the two authors of the newly launched treatise „Due Diligence – a Practitioner's Guide to Transactions“, published at Linde. On Tuesday, 10 March 2015, the book presentation event took place in the „Bel Etage“ premises of CHSH, with a high-profile panel discussion and strong public attendence.

 

The brand new publication illustrates the purpose, review topics, procedure and results of a Due Diligence, its impacts on contract drafting as well as its sometimes intricate relation to non-disclosure obligations; particular attention is paid to the characteristics of listed companies. The event started with a keynote speech by Dr. Andreas Aigner, LL.M. (Head of M&A Legal, OMV AG), followed by an introduction into the topics of the treatise presented by Dr. Clemens Hasenauer (Managing Partner, CHSH) and Dr. Harald Stingl (Partner, CHSH). In the subsequent panel discussion, chaired by Dr. Clemens Hasenauer, renowned panel guests Dr. Wolfgang Ruttenstorfer (supervisory board president), Dr. Herta Stockbauer (CEO, BKS Bank), Dr. Martin Böhringer (Managing Director, Credit Suisse London), Dr. Andreas Aigner, LL.M. (Head of M&A Legal, OMV AG) as well as Dr. Harald Stingl (Partner, CHSH) exchanged their views on the ongoing developments and expectations in the current transactions, investment and financing landscape.
