CHSH advises CA Immo on the sale of Infopark A office building in Budapest

CA Immobilien Anlagen AG (CA Immo), the Vienna-based real estate company listed on the Vienna Stock Exchange, successfully sold its office complex Infopark Building A in Budapest.

CA Immobilien Anlagen AG (CA Immo), the Vienna-based real estate company listed on the Vienna Stock Exchange, successfully sold its office complex Infopark Building A in Budapest, having a floor area of 13,700 sqm, located in Infopark, the first innovation and technology park of Central and Eastern Europe.

The Buyer is Magyar Posta Takarék Ingatlan Befektetési Alap a real estate fund owned by Magyar Posta and managed by Diófa Alapkezelő Zrt.

The Real Estate Team of CHSH advised CA Immo with respect to all legal aspects of the transaction.
