CERHA HEMPEL acted as lead counsel to SES Spar European Shopping Centers GmbH (“SES”) on the purchase of the Arkadia Shopping Center retail park in Domžale, near Ljubljana. Signing of the share deal took place in early June 2025; closing remains subject to merger-control clearance.

Amendments to the Whistleblowing Act in Bulgaria 

CERHA HEMPEL comprehensively advised CA Immobilien Anlagen AG (CA Immo) on the successful sale of the IP West office building in Budapest to BYD. This transaction represents one of the most significant acquisitions by an international corporation in Budapest’s office real estate market during 2024/2025, highlighting the renewed interest in high-quality office properties in Budapest.

Flughafen Wien and the international logistics expert Bradford Airport Logistics are establishing "Vienna Airport Logistics GmbH" as a joint venture. The modern logistics centre is intended to completely overhaul the supply of goods at the airport and serve as a hub for the safe and sustainable flow of goods.
